In-House Machining for Fully
Finished Components
Most casting suppliers stop at the casting. We don’t. Our in-house machining facility is set up to take a raw casting and deliver a component that’s ready to go straight into assembly, no secondary vendor, no additional handling, no coordination overhead on your end. We run 12 CNC turning centres and 5 four-axis VMC machines. The 4-axis capability is what makes the difference on complex parts, multiple faces can be completed in a single setup, which improves concentricity, reduces fixturing errors, and cuts turnaround time considerably compared to conventional 3-axis approaches. Programming is handled by experienced machinists who understand casting geometry and the allowances that come with it. Toolpaths are optimised for the alloy, not just the drawing. Every machine is calibrated regularly, and in-process inspection is built into the workflow rather than treated as a final checkpoint.
Precision Machining Across Complex Geometries
Whether it’s a turned housing, a milled face, a drilled and tapped pattern, or a bored bore that needs to hold H7 tolerance, the work goes through the same controlled process. We machine aluminum, zinc, brass, and other non-ferrous alloys, and our machine range covers components up to 1 metre in the largest dimension.
Secondary operations, deburring, tapping, reaming, surface finishing, are carried out in the same facility. Components that require shot blasting or powder coating after machining are coordinated through our finishing partners without the part ever leaving our oversight.
The result is a single point of accountability from raw casting to finished component. If something is off, we know where it happened and we fix it, without pointing fingers across suppliers.
