Welcome to Shubh Castings
Casting
At Shubh Castings, we work with aluminum, zinc, and specialty alloys across three casting processes, pressure die casting, gravity die casting, and sand casting. Each process is set up to handle different production needs, part sizes, and material requirements. Whether you’re scaling up for automotive production or sourcing a small batch of structural components, we have the process, the tooling, and the in-house capability to get it done right.
High pressure die casting is where we spend most of our production hours, and for good reason. The process is built for volume. Molten aluminum or zinc alloy is injected into hardened steel dies at high pressure, filling complex cavity shapes with speed and precision that few other processes can match.
We run both hot chamber and cold chamber machines, covering a tonnage range from 80T to 840T. This range lets us handle everything from small zinc components weighing a few grams to larger aluminum housings and enclosures. Tool development is handled entirely in-house, we produce 80 to 120 tools per year, which gives us tighter control over lead times and first-shot accuracy. Monthly casting output runs between 120T and 200T.
Secondary operations including CNC machining, shot blasting, and surface finishing are integrated into the workflow, so components come out ready for assembly or delivery without being routed through multiple vendors.

Where pressure die casting prioritises speed and volume, gravity die casting prioritises material quality. Molten aluminum is poured into permanent steel dies using gravity, no injection pressure, which results in a cleaner, denser casting with better mechanical properties. It’s the right choice when your part needs to handle structural load, thermal stress, or tight dimensional tolerances over its working life.
We use mechanised gravity die casting machines and have an in-house core shooter to produce precise internal cavities, a capability that’s often outsourced elsewhere. Our in-house tooling capacity of 80 to 120 tools per year means we’re not dependent on external pattern shops for lead time. Parts up to 50 kg can be cast through this process, with a monthly output of 50T.

Sand casting is our go-to process for large, complex, or low-volume parts where tooling cost and design flexibility matter. Unlike permanent mould processes, sand casting doesn’t require expensive hardened dies, making it practical for prototypes, development parts, and production runs where quantities don’t justify the upfront tooling investment.
We handle pattern development in-house and follow controlled melting and pouring practices throughout. Every batch goes through metallurgical inspection before release, checking for porosity, dimensional conformance, and alloy integrity. Components up to 100 kg fall within our capability, and monthly output runs at 30T.
If you’re developing a new part and need castings before committing to permanent tooling, this is where most projects start with us.

We provide gravity die casting solutions for aluminum components requiring superior mechanical strength and structural integrity. In this permanent mold process, molten metal is poured into steel dies using gravity, enabling controlled filling and directional solidification for improved density and performance. With an in-house core shooter for precise internal geometries, we ensure dimensional accuracy, internal soundness, and repeatable quality for medium-volume production.
