From Sub-Assembly to Finished Product, Under One Roof

Most manufacturers are good at making parts. Fewer are set up to put those parts together reliably, at volume, and to a finished product standard. That gap is where a lot of supply chain complexity builds up — multiple vendors, multiple quality checkpoints, and a finished product that nobody has fully owned end to end. Our assembly capability is built to close that gap.

We handle both mechanical and electromechanical assembly, from simple component integration and kitting to fully tested, packaged finished products. With experience assembling over 100 distinct product types, the range of what we work on is genuinely broad. Industrial equipment, vehicle number plates, LED lighting products, electrical breakers, switches, counters, relays, medical devices, and decorative assemblies have all moved through our lines. The product types are different, but the discipline is the same: correct build sequence, consistent torque and fastening, and inspection before the product moves on.

We work to customer-supplied assemblies, BOMs, and work instructions, and we’re set up to support low-volume custom programs as well as high-volume repeat production. Assembly testing and functional inspection are built into the process, not added as an afterthought at the end of the line.

Why Customers Choose Us for Assembly

Handing assembly to a vendor means trusting them with your product’s final form. Here is what makes that trust well placed.

100+ Products, One Consistent Standard

Across every product type we have assembled, the quality expectation stays the same. Volume does not lower the bar, and product complexity does not create exceptions.

Mechanical and Electromechanical in One Facility

No splitting the job across two vendors based on whether the product has wiring or not. Both types are handled in the same facility, on the same quality system.

Testing Built Into the Process

Assembly testing and functional inspection happen at the line, not at the shipping dock. Problems are caught where they can still be corrected efficiently.

Supply Chain Simplification

When casting, machining, and assembly all come from one source, the number of handoffs drops significantly. So does the number of things that can go wrong between them.

Have an assembly requirement? Let's talk.

Send us your BOM, assembly drawing, or product specification and we will come back with a process plan and proposal. We are comfortable working with customers at the product development stage as well as those with established production programs looking to consolidate their supply base.
