Extrusion

Aluminium extrusion is one of those processes that looks straightforward until the profile gets complicated. High height-to-width ratios, tight wall tolerances, hollow sections, multi-void geometries,  these are where most suppliers run into trouble. It’s where we’ve built our capability.

We produce custom aluminium profiles and standard structural sections across a broad range of alloy grades,  from commercially pure 1XXX series to the high-strength 7XXX series used in structural and aerospace-adjacent applications. Our extrusion presses run up to 4000 UST capacity, and we work with circle circumscribed diameters up to 320mm, giving us meaningful reach across profile sizes. Whether the requirement is a simple L-section or a complex asymmetric hollow profile, the process infrastructure is in place to handle it.

Post-extrusion, we offer secondary operations including cutting, drilling, machining, anodising coordination, and surface finishing,  so the profile that reaches your facility is ready to use, not just ready to process further. We work with customers across automotive, electrical, architectural, industrial, and engineering sectors, and we’re set up to support both development quantities and long-run repeat production.
