Plastic Injection & Compression Moulding for Precision Industrial Components

Plastic moulding requirements vary enormously,  from a simple single-material housing to a multi-component assembly that combines rigid and soft materials in a single finished part. Our injection moulding setup is built to handle that range. With press capacity up to 1500T, we produce both small precision components and large panels, bezels, and enclosures, all held to consistent dimensional standards across production runs.

Beyond conventional injection moulding, we offer two-shot moulding for multi-material or multi-colour parts, insert moulding for components with embedded metal or thread inserts, and over moulding for adding soft-touch or functional layers onto existing substrates. These aren’t bolt-on capabilities,  they’re integrated into our standard workflow, which means the part comes out finished, not requiring a separate downstream process to complete it.

For thermoset applications, we run compression moulding using SMC (Sheet Moulding Compound) and DMC (Dough Moulding Compound). These materials are the right choice when the part needs to handle sustained heat, mechanical load, or electrical stress,  applications where thermoplastics simply don’t hold up. Automotive under-bonnet components, electrical enclosures, switchgear housings, and structural panels are typical use cases. The process delivers excellent surface finish and dimensional stability at both low and high volumes.

Rubber Moulding for Sealing, Damping & Structural Elastomer Components

Rubber components are rarely the most visible part of an assembly, but they’re often the most critical. A seal that degrades early, a gasket that doesn’t compress correctly, or a mount that loses its damping characteristics under temperature,  these are the failures that matter most in the field. Our rubber moulding capability is set up around getting these details right.

We work across compression moulding, transfer moulding, and injection moulding for rubber,  choosing the process based on the part geometry, tolerance requirements, material, and production volume. Simple seals and O-rings suit compression moulding. Complex geometries with tight flash control go to transfer or injection. The process decision is made based on what the part actually needs, not what’s most convenient to run.

Natural rubber, synthetic elastomers, and custom-compounded formulations are all within our scope. Where standard grades don’t meet the application requirements,  temperature range, chemical resistance, hardness, or compression set,  we work with compounding partners to develop material specifications that do. Rubber sheet cutting is also available for gasket and seal blanks where compression moulding tooling isn’t required.

Why Customers Choose Us for Plastic & Rubber Moulding

Moulding is one of those areas where the gap between a capable vendor and the right vendor shows up in the first production batch. Here’s what we bring to the table.

Process Range, Not Just Machine Range

Injection, compression, transfer, two-shot, insert, over moulding, we're not a single-process shop. The process gets chosen based on what the part needs, not what's already set up on the floor.

Broad Material Knowledge

From commodity grades like PP and ABS to engineering polymers like PEEK and POM, and from natural rubber to custom-compounded elastomers, material selection is part of the service, not an afterthought.

Thermoset Capability That Most Don't Have

SMC and DMC compression moulding for structural, heat-resistant components is a capability gap in most supplier lists. It's standard for us.

Production Consistency You Can Rely On

Dimensional accuracy and repeatability across production runs, not just the first-off samples. Process controls and in-house inspection ensure the tenth batch performs like the first.
